Working Interest is the operating interest under an oil and gas lease and/or contractual working interest acquired through farmout agreements or otherwise, entitling the holder to conduct drilling and production operations on the leased property. The Working Interest will bear all Expenses, Overhead and Cost. For Example, 2% WI is responsible for 2% of all Expenses, Overhead and Costs associated with drilling and completing a well. Net Revenue Interest is that portion of the proceeds of the sale of Products allocated to the owners of the Working Interest in accordance with their respective revenue interest. This is typically 75% of the total. The remaining 25% pays the lease owners their share of the mineral production. 9% is used to account for the cost of Taxes, Transportation, and Operating Expenses associated with the well. Actual expenses will be disclosed in the operating agreement of individual investments. Disclaimer - The price of oil and gas change by the hour. This number is merely what would be earned if the gas or oil was sold at that price during that given time and that given rate of production. After you have completed the questionnaire we will contact you and answer any questions you may have. We will also explain well programs that are currently open to investors. If we have an investment that you like, we will send you a book with all the information, maps and terms of that well.

Once you have looked over the book you will probably have some more questions and will want to call and get those questions answered. At this point you will hopefully have enough information to make a decision. If you do decide to invest, this is when you will fill out the paperwork and return it to us with a check.

After you have invested you can expect to receive regular updates about your investment. Our most frequent form of updates is by email. Before and during the drilling of the well, emails are usually sent about once a week since new information comes in rapidly. After the Well is producing, you will receive monthly a newsletter to keep you updated. And you can always check out our website to get the latest information including how your well is doing.

Keep in mind that we are not a broker dealer nor do we employ them. During the entire process you will deal directly with the company that puts the prospect together, drills the well and operates production.
